TREDT 2027 unfolds across three days of plenary lectures, thematic panels, paper sessions, and the Early Career Forum.
The conference is organized as a coherent intellectual journey across three days. The structure below is provisional — the full programme with session times, speakers, and panel assignments will follow.
TREDT 2027 combines traditional academic formats with the flexibility of an online conference. All sessions take place via Zoom in real time.
Extended keynote presentations by leading scholars, followed by moderated discussion. All conference participants attend plenary sessions together.
Twenty-minute presentations followed by ten to fifteen minutes of discussion. Multiple parallel sessions allow participants to follow their research interests.
Ninety-minute panel sessions with three to four conceptually connected presentations and a moderating chair, ending with collective discussion.
A supportive space for PhD candidates and advanced MA students to present ongoing research with structured feedback from senior scholars and peers.
Every session includes dedicated time for questions, comments, and dialogue, both through Zoom chat and live audio participation.
Contributions in English, German, Turkish, Arabic, and Indonesian. Simultaneous translation into English is provided for all sessions.
The programme is released in stages as submissions are reviewed and confirmed.
Following the notification of acceptance on 30 October 2026, the provisional programme — with confirmed sessions, panels, and authors — will be published.
Full programme with session times, paper abstracts, chair assignments, and Zoom links for each track will be made available to registered participants.
The final programme, including any late adjustments, technical access details, and participant guidelines, is distributed one week before the conference opens.
Every paper, panel, and presentation comes from scholars like you. Submit your contribution to TREDT 2027 by 15 September 2026.
